Art, "The way to correct it is simply to allow foreign goods to get more expensive, by, in effect, doing nothing". Couldn't agree more, Art--"That government is best which governs least" ought to apply to the Fed with at least as much force as the rest of the boys and girls up on the Hill. 'Doing nothing' takes a lot of courage cause it rarely wins any brownie points near term. Often, it's the absolute best thing to do, but it's hell for the evening sound byte bizness :-) best, mike
