Well said Sword. Unfortunately, SI administrators appear to have egos that sometime interfere with their ability to think rationally and practically. It's really a shame.

Hi Sword:

You said:
<<SI has shipwrecked itself upon it's own barrier reef of subjective rules and inconsistent interpretation and application of these rules to Tony. The investor community at large is hurt by this.>>

Excellent imagery, sword. Can you elucidate on why you believe that SI is subjective in their rules' enforcement? Do you have information that they are applying their rules inconsistently? If so, I would appreciate it if you could post your research backing up your premise. Thanks.

Also, if Mr. Elgindy were an asset to the investment community (and I personally believe that he is not) then SI's actions would still not "hurt" the "investment community". His website is still available, as I understand it, to what you call the "investment community".

<<I am disappointed in SI management and hope that they have the courage and the wisdom to actively, not passively, pursue Tony's reinstatement.>>

I believe that their courage has already been exhibited in ridding this thread and others of the anti-social behavior of Mr. Elgindy.
