Its a good thing CC didn't have the floorless activated last November, they might have converted when the price was 11!

Paul, when the price was rising, you used to include in your conversion price analysis how the conversion price would continue to increase if the price did not go down.

Now that the price is falling, I note that you did not include a comment that the conversion price will begin declining once again if the price does not go up.

Myself, I'd guess the price is falling because we are nearing the end of the month. Time to sell more shares to Daddy Warbucks, and Daddy seems to be pretty adept at getting those shares at a low price.
