Mehrdad,

You accused me of not understanding English.. perhaps you yourself need a refresher course. You seem to forget.

earnings are what you Bears wanted

No - growth is what we wanted...we wanted to see COMS maintain market share.... Remember??? I never said earnings.. quite to the contrary. AND, we did not get growth

Spin off is what you wanted and
that is what you got.

Yes, we wanted a spin-off to the shareholders of record. Instead Eric decided to IPO 20% first, then after 6 months of pain provide shareholders the remainder. I have better uses for my money in the next 6 months.

Transition from low growth areas with high revenues and low margins to high growth areas, that is what you got.

No, what we got was less sales of lower margin products relative to higher margin products. If COMS isn't going to pursue the low margin business they should sell it - not let it wither away thus providing no value. Furthermore high margin product sales are still lagging market growth - they are still losing market share.

Cash
reserves increased another $165+ million and growing.

Oh....now there's a good use of funds... stuff it in a mattress.. Gee, why didn't I think of that before investing in COMS?

What else can the board do to make you and your buddy Gary happy?

Hmmmm, let's see.

1. Kill the PALM IPO and provide one share of PALM for each share of COMS. Then IPO the remainder.

2. Sell the modem business NOW!

3. Sell the NIC business NOW!

4. Stop development on G.lite and non-DOCSIS compliant cable modems

5. Build their wireless business and focus on high end routing and optics. NOW...before it's too late. Maybe buy MRVC??? Heck a couple of good acquisitions would be invaluable...maybe COMS will get some good people.

6. Get rid of the USRX people on the board

7. Get rid of Eric.

OG

MA--- Your comments are that of a child,,, As I stated if you were bright enough to read,,, COMS did well,, better than I expected, much better, and I am thrilled. Mostly I am thrilled as the EPS will help a real CEO sell the buy of a company losing rev,, This may give the momentum for a TEMPORARY pop to 30+.
<"What else can the board do to make you and your buddy Gary happy? It seems nothing." WRONG,,, have you crawl back into your hole of silence would do it for a lot more than just two on this board. Possibly you could learn to draw more of the stick figures you do so well while in silence... You son, were missed like the plague ,,,,,
