Gary, I am sorry to say that you are wrong. In three weeks we will see if you get to buy COMS at 25. Barring an act of the Olympian Gods I very much doubt that you will be able to buy COMS at $25.

Restructuring is usually done in phases, the most important is to clean up their financial house and to ensure the most efficacy in operations. The CFO has done a wonderful job in these areas. The other phases should include growth and increased earnings. With the spin off I am expecting the company to become more focused on areas that have greater potential for growth, such as Wireless, Broadband, IP telephony and their systems business. This being the case we should begin to see WS moving money back into the stock. I am of the opine that we will begin to see sequential growth in earnings in the next couple of quarters, ergo, the stock rising to its rightful place, close to $50+. This coupled with the spin off, I can see the combined value of both stocks reaching $70 within 6 months. Wait and see.
