I don't necessarily doubt that RBAK is a great company. However, the stock price has gotten ahead of the company.

Porsche makes great cars. But would you pay $400,000 for a 911?

There is always a point at which the price for a great company/car/home/whatever gets outrageous. And that's if we accept the premise that RBAK is a "great company".

Let me guess, you were one of the guys who was saying how great PCLN was, that it grew revenue by more than 10 times this year, that it had no competition, that it had strong VC backing, that it had great management, and all major analysts gave it two thumbs up. It was trading at $150 and you guys were shooting for $400, and were buying on weakness too.

Some just never learn.

You guys are worried about VC's??

OK, leave the VCs out. Does it bother you that the CEO dumps almost half of his holdings in a period of less than 2 months in this newly public company? Insiders know best, and who's more knowledgeable about the company's direction (and stock price) than the CEO.

Selling half of his holdings is surely not a vote of confidence about this company's future.
