Road Runner just installed; speed is addictive. One problem is dial up service when away from home/cable access. This is AOL's window of opportunity: partner with a cable co to offer discounted dial up service packaged together with cable access. Bring your own access accounts are currently available from AOL. Benefit to Cable co is increased traffic, and surge in share value ;benefit to AOL is cable connectivity, and surge in share value. Benefit to GNET is increased traffic, and surge in share value. The question is whom is shrewd and quick enough to act first; ATT, TWX,COX or CHTR? / ELNK/MSPG, DELL,GTW,or AOL? oh ya and MSFT?
