Shamrock private placement Shamrock Resources Inc SHJ Shares issued 11,061,200 Oct 13 close $0.37 Thu 14 Oct 99 Private Placement The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing a non-brokered private placement of 5.4 million special warrants at 25 cents. Each special warrant is convertible into one share and one share-purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one share at 25 cents in the first year and at 30 cents in the second. Placee: Albatross Oil and Gas Co. Inc. (John J. Komarnicky, Darren Katlc) The securities issued pursuant to this private placement are subject to a voluntary escrow agreement dated Oct. 5, 1999. The release is subject to the following: the number of securities owned or controlled by Albatross, from time to time, does not exceed 19.9 per cent of the total issued capital of the company; and the release of the balance will be subject to the company obtaining shareholder approval to the acquisition of the securities by Albatross.
