Radames, i'm wondering about that myself. flight to stupidity? -ggg-it was suggested that short covering may have played a role and some positive comments by Henry Blodget as well, re. AOL's pricing issues. AOL btw just dropped it's German subscription rates by 50%, so i guess the pricing issue is more serious than Mr. Blodget seems to believe. however, it is usually a positive sign for the market when the mania stocks hold up on a down day, so they may well be indicative of a short term bear trap. on the other hand, maybe a delayed reaction is in the works - i guess we'll find out by to-morrow.
