Corporate Vision Inc. Subsidiary Announces Gold Assay Results Exceed Expectations
TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1999--CVI Resources, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Corporate Vision, Inc.(OTC
BB: ``CVIA') announced today CVI Resources Inc. has received a Proven and Potential Reserve Report on the Vision One placer
gold claims Located in Southern Utah.

The report, prepared by Michael J. Bradshaw, Geological Engineer and Member of the Society of Mining Engineers at AU
Consolidated, Inc., of Wilcox, Arizona, cites the following:

Multiple assays of site ore samples taken across and within the ore body have ranged up to 26.7 grams (.85 ounces) of gold per ton.
Proven Reserves on the initial 25 Acres evaluated today, total 1,331,000 tons. Using a conservative assay value of .236 oz/ton, this
represents 314,116 ounces of recoverable gold. ``This equates to $78,529,500 of Proven Reserves with gold valued at $250 per
ounce. ' After deducting anticipated recovery costs of $100 per ounce (placer gold recovery operations are far less expensive when
compared to hard rock mining counterparts) and other mineral interests payable, CVI Resources net share ``will return $19,789,524
to CVI Resources.'

Mr. Bradshaw goes on to say that ``Possible Reserves' on the balance of the 640 acres of CVI Resources, Inc. Placer Claims may
total as high as 6,534,000 short tons, and if assigned the same assay value as on the first 25 acres, may total $385,506,000 in
possible additional recoverable gold reserves. ``It is very clear that CVI Resources has located and defined a viable mining project
with great potential' is Mr. Bradshaw's concluding comment on this report.

CVI Resources President Craig Treiber, further reports that a pilot plant capable of full year operation is presently under construction
on site. Gold recovery operations may be able to be commenced as soon as 30 to 45 days, subject to timely equipment delivery and
any weather related delays.
