i spent a few minutes registering and setting up myhelpdesk to display the software and hardware that make up my system. but i have not attempted to use their personalized support yet. i'd be most interested in feedback from anyone who goes that route.

i doubt the support could possibly match the quality service one receives here on computer learning... <g4>

maybe i should use their 'submit a resource' button and give them a link to us. or do we want this thread to be our own little secret?
