He's been the Hitt (and predecessor) CFO since 1986. Paid fairly well too, (per the 10K that they filed). It didn't look like he had that much stock though. Interesting, he's the CFO and Bradford is the Chief Accounting Officer. The CAO usually reports to the CFO - but not in this case, I guess.
