Bill, considering the flow of funds this year (massive foreign selling of t-bonds and massive foreign buying of equities) it is of paramount importance to WS what foreign accounts might now do.
my guess is that many European and Japanese fund managers will look to locking in some of their gains now that the bubble has been officially spotted. i'm just trying to imagine what they think when they look at the charts and the upcoming test of the 200-dma on the SPX. maybe they don't want to hang around to see if it holds. on the other hand, everybody is used to Easy Al bailing the market out time and again...the ultimate moral hazard imo.
