SO what i am understanding is that MM is keeping the price down because of the diff. in price of FRO & GBLX right now...but after the merger the FRO positions(currently long) will be sold and GBLX(currently short) will be bought. This will cause price of GBLX to go up..

sorry for being not as clear but this "risk arbritrage" is getting to me...

please help?
