Gary, I am very well aware the instanet and its bearing on the market as a whole, so I don't place much weight and credence on its results. What is important is the steps the company is taking to enhance stock holder's value and position COMS for future growth.

I can only judge my investment from the day I purchased COMS, which would be in the months of March and April of 1999. I was fortunate that the company had fallen out of favor with Wall Street investors, allowing the price to tumble to low 20's. I saw plenty of latent value in the company and I also saw a board willing to change course and position the company for better growth prospects. The results of which I can corroborate, such as scrapping their foray into the storage business, canceling their JV with Seimens, making operations more efficient, good investments in Juniper Communications, Extreme Networks Opensky. Forging good alliances with IBM, SUNW, ORCL, CA, Seimens of Germany, and NTT DeCoMo of Japan. Aggressively licensing their PalmOS, to the likes of IBM, SUNW, Symbol, QCOM and just recently Nok.Continuing exponential growth in the Palm sector and its pervasive acceptance against the wannabe's touting their CE platforms. Last but not least, the company has household brand recognition that is the envy of every networking companies. The results are there if you want to see them, they are not complete but they are adding up every month. Obviously you wish to look at everything with skeptcism & that is understandable since I will surmise you must have bought into the company at a much higher price in the latter couple of years. So COMS is a good investment depending on when you bought the stock. Time will vindicate you if you are correct, but I will tell you I have never picked the wrong stock.

If COMS trades anywhere between 26 and 30 I will be most happy because I expect my windfall in the early part of 2000, not tomorrow. Now you know when I wish to count my chickens. By the way I will leave you the legs, I prefer the breast. At least I have the decency to offer you chicken in lieu of crow. That is what I call civilized..
