Briand, BTW, an after thought: Tomorrow's decision on the status of the frozen funds will be a first test...Though the current price (IMHO) reflects this, it will be interesting to see how the price reacts, if the funds remain frozen (a non-event to me)...versus the reaction, should the amount be reduced...

I believe this challenge by Starnet attorneys will force the hand of the RCMP, i.e., they must show substantial evidence to justify this amount...however, no one ever knows, given the political agenda of the Vancouver Governmental entities...

Gator, It is just that kind of news that this company needs right now. it would be nice to see it start happening tomorrow. A release of the 6 mil associated with the sale of stock warrants would be a step in the right direction.
