No way, I never meant to imply there is anything wrong with Oracle's CRM product. I'll bet its a fine offering. I just think Seibel is an awesome competitor... remember Vantive with Luongo at the helm (he's ex-Oracle, a good guy)... they were #1 in CRM, Siebel squished them with the Scopus acquisition! Scopus was their first cut... not exactly technically superior to anybody but Sebl knows how to sell. This whole thing with Sebl started when I tried to get Paul to put more into software because software rebounding... I picked Sebl because it is the strongest front office player, thats all.
