Hi Randy Ellingson; Re PCLN. I think a better deal is: cheaptickets.com . I was very happy with the it, which flew me round trip from SEA to ABQ (a relatively long flight compared to the ones you are quoting) on my preferred carrier (United) for about $250. This was something like 3 months ago, God knows what fuel prices have done to tickets now. But I got on board just 7 days after purchasing the tickets, so the regular airlines would have raked me. I like being able to pick the airline, as I will do almost anything to avoid having to fly Southwest. I also got a no-connection flight on the way back, and only one stop (Vegas) on the way there.

Interestingly, after getting the flight numbers, I logged onto the United site, in order to book the tickets with them. (Thus saving the add-on fee.) But they wanted something around 50% more for the same tickets that they were selling me cheaptickets.

One of my highly wired buddies at work suggested the site, and I will go back there again, sometime in the next few weeks.
