Last week or the week before, BEARon's had their weekly or bi-weekly (I don't know) chart of cash flows in or out of equity, bond, muni, and money market funds. It was the first time I have EVER seen ALL pointed straight down. ALWAYS there is one, two, or three going up when one, two, or three are going down. In other words, you can see where the money is going. Could the dreaded repatriation by foreigners (er: Japan) be well under way causing our liquidity to dry up? Notice how light the volume has been for months (coincidentally about since the Nikkei broke its' downtrend to the upside)!
