Dear Sonki: I too am looking into this stock. It is my opinion at this point (others here more knowledgeable than I may disagree) that the market for the AAPL products including the G4 is presently too small to allow the G4 to have second sourcing and have ANY economies of scale. Thus, I think for the forseeable future G4 will be single sourced. I doubt that will be a problem in the future. The simple solution for single sourcing is to carry a bit more inventory than usual to offsett any problems like AAPL just had. Frankly, at this point, I am still trying to determine how serious an effect the Taiwan earthquake will have on their OTHER products. JDN

Hi Sonki! Long time no talk. I see your Sun is doing well for you.

Anyway do you have a guess on the low for aapl? I know some people that have some shares from the Power Computing buyout, if you can believe that.

And OT - anybody, question.... if I buy a powerbook with MS word can I take the diskette home and easily read it on a windows machine? I found out with Quicken you can't really do it, but they have a web-based portfolio mgr so you can up and download pretty easily. Those powerbooks sure are nice!
