Does that mean you see no dilution coming from that investment ?? Any idea what the debentures terms are ?? Not quite sure I agree that it is good news, but will have to check further into SG doings before judging. Kr Jens

hey guys little engine is notorious for his great dd on companies, recently he also said that joe naughton was never involved with Jc Penney but later retracted his statement and had it erased off the the jnne board as if he never posted it,off course after a little conversation with jnne's legal councel. Just be careful, he seems to me to have other motives for visiting these boards. I mean think about it, he doesnt own stock of any of these companies yet he is always decidedly negative on them and always seems to put a negative twist on the company. This guy is a character and should be taken in a jovial way because he is good for many jokes and few facts.
