SAP holding up while US market tanks.
This is why I diversified into a non-US company.
My other risk reducer is Nasdaq puts.
We seem to be establishing a new, higher trading range, with a bottom where the previous top was, around 35-36.
The out-of-the-money SAP calls I bought in March are now almost in-the-money, up 60% in value, and still have 16 months to go. I'm thinking about adding some 2002 calls, if this floor at 35 gets tested and holds a few more times. And if we go back to the 31-36 trading range for a while (possible, not likely) I'll double my stake.
