Thanks A@P for reminding me.

Covered half at below 5.
I'll let the rest die down....
I am in no hurry to cover these POS.

I send the letter to SI asking why Anthony was barred from SI. Like I said before, he did violate some of the SI rules and I told him to take 2 weeks off and cool his head. But I don't think he should be banned from SI.

I don't know the full story, so I cannot say anymore but I hope SI doesn't discriminate against certain people or nationality. I hope to get full explanation from SI.

regards,

jon

Amplidyne (AMPD) Charged With Securities Fraud in Lawsuit Commenced byBernstein Liebhard & Lifshitz, LLP

NEW YORK, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- A securities class action lawsuit was commenced on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Amplidyne, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMPD) ("Amplidyne" or the "Company"), between September 9, 1999 and September 14, 1999, inclusive, (the "Class Period"), in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The complaint charges Amplidyne and its chairman and chief executive officer with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder. The complaint alleges that the defendants issued materially false and misleading statements and failed to disclose material facts throughout the Class Period in the Company's public filings and public statements.

As a result of these misrepresentations and omissions, the price of Amplidyne's common stock was artificially inflated throughout the Class Period.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all those who purchased or otherwise acquired Amplidyne common stock during the Class Period.

If you would like to discuss this action or if you have any questions concerning this Notice or your rights as a potential class member or lead plaintiff, you may contact Robert J.
