Cramer 9/21/99 3:02 PM ET A new shiver went through the market this afternoon when Hewlett-Packard (HWP:NYSE) announced that it would give guidance for the quarter after the close as part of its restructuring. In an environment where Apple (AAPL:Nasdaq) doesn't bounce and fabs are bouncing in Taiwan, people are too scared to take a swing. We aren't. We are buying back the Sun Microsystems (SUNW:Nasdaq) we sold to rebuild that trade-around-the-core position. And we are taking down more 3Com (COMS:Nasdaq) because we believe in the restructuring. We are not messing with H-P.
