The Microsoft comment about it being overvalued is interesting re: Justice Dept. monopoly case. Microsoft is saying, "We're overvalued by the stock market, we're not a big powerful monopoly". If MSFT were being truthful in believeing they were overvalued, they would NOT be considering spinning out their internet operations. Such moves are designed to increase total market cap. Microsoft being sleazy again.
