I've heard that they'd been assured by their SEC lawyers that everything was fine and they would be filed in plenty of time... (Not sure if that was to keep from getting the E or to keep from getting drop from the OTC) ...LOL... Either way not only are they wrong, but painfully unattentive to what has happened to the previous set of companies that got the E... Many were even filed before the deadline, but had not received their NO COMMENT letter yet... And now there is even more of a backlog then before... Someone may want to check and make sure that these aren't lawyers for the South East Conference, because then these things would start to make sense... This is not necessarily a bash on CSHKE, but more a bash on the poor advise and consultation it appears they are receiving in regards to their reporting, which we are paying for as shareholders... This is all just my opinion, except for the part where they are going to get the E and very, very likely get delisted in about 4 weeks, those are facts...
