Well, your taxes were priced to cover your house. Not your neighbors's house (he/she pays tax too), not the 7/11 down the street because they pay tax, and not the office of the red cross.

You must really hate America's welfare programs, and the Federal Income tax. After all, they allow people to get all kinds of benefits from the govt, even if they pay zero taxes! By your logic, anyone who doesn't make enough money to pay taxes should be denied protection by government institutions; i.e. the Police, National Guard, Army, etc.

Also, the AFDC: Aid to Families with Dependent Children. In your black & white view, mothers who would otherwise qualify for aid checks should be denied payment, because after all, *you are not paying taxes to cover the person down the street*. After all, that mother who has the children give you *no benefit*, other than, yada yada yada.

Stop being so selfish. The World isn't existing all for your personal benefit.

The *freedom* to worship is guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution, in the 1st Amendment. If you need no spiritual or community life, then fine. But don't try to deny others that right.
