Name and Ticker Symbol Changes Effective Opening of Trading Thursday, September 23

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 1999-- Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE),
announced today the Company has completed legal preparations for its proposed name and ticker symbol changes originally
announced on September 14, 1999.

Effective the opening of trading Thursday, September 23, 1999, Jones Naughton Entertainment's name will change to Go
Online Networks Corporation. Also effective Thursday, Go Online Networks will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the
new ticker symbol ''GONT.'

The Company also announced it has completed its announced re-incorporation in the state of Delaware.

GoOn-line Kiosk Division Update

Go Online Networks' GoOn-line Kiosk Division today released an updated list of Internet Kiosk locations. GoOn-line now has
over 210 signed agreements to install Internet Kiosks with hotel and motel operators in 33 states, the District of Columbia and
