Re "Grimmers focus on Camatchia"
This lifted from NR of Dec 21/98

"Diamond production at DiamondWorks' Luo mine, located
about 100 km south of the Yetwene mine, is averaging about
200 carats a day, approximately 50% higher than the
company's previous forecasts. DiamondWorks is currently
mining alluvial gravels overlying the 28-hectare Camatchia
kimberlite pipe, on the west side of the Chicapa River. Roughly
40% of the diamonds produced from these gravels this month
are larger than one carat, including some 15 specials (gem
diamonds larger than 10 carats). The company currently has
approximately 5,000 carats in inventory."
