Chaz,

I appreciate the role of the nurturers like Icge but I don't think that diminishes the potential of some of these verticals. It sounds contradictory since the nurturing would certainly be spectacular if Sfe or Icge could repeat the success of Cmgi. But I think that, considering the no. of companies these nurturers have in their portfolios, there will be a few who will outperform the nurturers, in terms of ROI, within the next few years.

Just looking for one of those gems ...

vertical nets by industry

Which is likely to be the strongest category, the vertical specialist that concentrates on a specific industry or the vertical generalist (such as VERT) that thinks its concept can be used or at the most tweeked to fit any industry?
