"This seems to blow away E*Trades little Instinet deal..."

Yes, E*TRADE must be frightened to death, particularly since Ameritrade themselves believe this after-hours trading of theirs will represent no more than 2-3% of their business by next year. I like the Ameritrade TV ads, but which must be depleting their war chest somewhat, and there's certainly room for more than one player, but I note that the EGRP/AMTD stock price ratio continues steadily to increase. We are in the middle of a major bear market and the current price of EGRP stock has got little to do with its future possibilities.
