I have a question for the Lucent experts....

I own Lucent in my IRA having used money that I normally invest in more volitale stocks - use $7.00/trade online broker and trade in and out with a small portion of my IRA. Stocks like AOL have grown what was initially a very small investment used for this purpose.

I like Lucent for a long term investment and want to buy it with non IRA funds to hold long term. If I do this, I will then dump the IRA Lucent (cost basis 67).

My question is this....Knowing that nobody can pick the perfect time, is Lucent at the 67 level a good time to jump in for a long term hold or do you guys think the stock may slide a bit further in days to come? I am a patient investor and realize that a point or two won't make a huge difference but perhaps it's ego....I want the best deal!
