As usual E*Trade's open window happened overnight my time. Their IPO service is useless for me despite my Platinum status and trading activity. Their best customers should get 24 hours to turn around the IOI offer.

I think we can do very well shorting wounded Internuts like EPAY as they gasp away the last few months and weeks of 1999. Who will want to buy into EPAY now? Only short covering will hold it up.
