My problem with any thought of shorting FGI is that you put yourself one news release away from disaster. True they are in their quiet period, but ... If they announce the financing for the Brazillian rig is in place ... If they announce the HLX deal is closing tomorrow or the next day... If one of those projects that BigBull says are floating around out there comes to FGI .... IF the arbitration with OCR is completed favorably .... And remember, some of these events could be announced by other than FGI ... for example OCR could put out news on the arbitration situation. FGI offers too many ways to kill a short position for me.
