Here is why: In my view that those were/(still are) STORY Stocks. Some believe them but I don't. If one believes the story then I guess that one would buy a few shares of a few of the stories and take a very long view. What should you do if you don't believe the story?? This is a dangerous game to long/short based on your own judgments.
