Low price target alerts going off all over the screen. Again if DOW hits 10500 today - see market going down even more. Caution here and chance for some screamer buys in the next week or so if this happens. Just my gut feeling and it is often right. Don't care what analysts say - human reaction and so much going against market here. Fed Meeting, October, Y2K. Great time for short strategy.
