They are begging it in. Non exclusive rights means almost anyone could do it. Notice in their release they spell out the non exclusive rights this time. They do not want to be part of a class action suit. Oct is approaching which will be dooms day for the common shareholders. Tons of debt that PBYP has an extension on and must be negotiated. I see the common shareholders being diluted up to 85%. Any spike up is a great shorting opportunity. Truthseeker
