I was at the meeting today. Very upbeat, and very crowded. All of the proposals were accepted. (As I recall the proposal to merge with FRO was accepted by around 80% of outstanding shares). They claim that the PR difficulties will be overcome in the days to come -- they had to keep a low profile so as not to imperil the FRO deal. Winnick and Annunziata are very good speakers and very persuasive. I have been a shareholder for awhile, and will remain so. Doug
