Dear Tony: As far as servers are concerned I dont see INTC being much of a threat to SUNW in the near to intermediate future as INTC is focusing on the smaller manufacturer etc not the big stuff. What concerns me is a whole new dept will have to be set up including all kinds of additional personnel unrelated to their core business. I dont see this as being a profit contributor for a long time and much risk IMHO. I presume it will be small potatoes but I get nervous when they deviate from their business model. JDN
