Well, it does point to one thing, since I'm in agreement that this is most likely NOT a VLNC product. And that point is everybody's starting to get to market with a product in the lith-poly market sector. It's getting down to not whose product is better, it's about being able to wave that signed contract around in the air from somebody committing to use it, thus "locking out" the competition for a duration of time.

And so far we're beginning to clearly seeing this out of other folk, but not yet from VLNC management(excepting their joint partnerships, of course). They damn well better make their end of Sept. N.I. readiness claim stick, as there ain't much room left for negotiating any slippage, much less what any slippage will do to this equity's valuation, eh? The competition's beginning to heat up.

Bottom line? It's still a horse race in a crowded field, and end of September is now looming LARGE. Now....about those friggin' P.O.'s.......
