no, those are bit density, multiply by 9 to get the byte density pricing. So price would increase by $135 or so...

I was talking about price of single chip, not modules. So depending on module config. the increase could be 8x or more. According to spot price on modules today an 8Mx64 has a high of $120 and a historical low around $35. That low was recorded in mid June. Again these are spot price quotes.
