You have to believe as a small child, not be a small child. >> Dull?! This rule is a very difficult one to interpret. What did Jesus really mean when He said "As a little child"? I don't think that it is as simple and as "dull" as you portray it. Think of it, if you are slightly wrong on your interpretation of His words "as a small child", you miss out on Heaven and get to live with all the sinners and conservatives in Hell.
