DCLK / NETG, thar she goes again. NETG better buy, imo, since trades at slight discount to buyout/takeover value, which you get on closing of the deal

Many times they are manipulated with promises. The Underwriters promise shares to brokerage firms if the brokerage firms promise buying support.
