The question would be whether there are any assets which were mis-allocated ~ the allegation is that there are. Sometimes people who intend to file bankruptcy hide their assets first. I've known people who "gave" things like Rolexes, Porsches, even land, to relatives with the understanding that they would get them back after discharge. I knew a guy who opened a bank account in a name that was one letter different than his real name, and used a social security number that was one number different than his real one. Stuff like that. People have lots of cute tricks and a lot of them get away with it.
