Spoke with Doug this AM. I have been informed that there will be a delay in the testing of the well, for internal logistic reasons. The casing has however, been laid. All indications are that we have hit what was expected, now we just need to get flow rates. Salut, Leigh McBain

Commonwealth Energy Corp - Commonwealth to set casing on Wyoming well Commonwealth Energy Corp - CWY Shares issued 24,759,163 1999-09-21 close $0.28 Wednesday Sep 22 1999 Mr. Bob Stewart reports: Commonwealth Energy has completed the drilling of the F24-5 Beltch well on its Alkali Draw prospect in Wyoming. An electric log analysis of the well has been completed and the company is currently running casing in the well.
