This is what Michael Dell sent to one of my co-workers' boyfriend. He carboned Richard, the new employee and his department head etc. Richard started in Sales at Dell this summer, after graduation. This is what your Dell sales-staff is doing, creating a customer for a lifetime. Michael understands the big picture that does not come from one sale, but the repeat business. And, Michael understands that you have to thank your people and they will be motivated to get the Sale. And, I think he is keeping a happy staff, with less turn-over. This leads to more knowledge about the programs and products and more repeat sales. I think this is typical of life at Dell. :) Leigh
