Cheryl, thanks for posting the link to the real deal. I've read through the executive summary and the introduction so far (hate Acrobat!) and it's hard to believe that the authors of any of those articles I posted actually read the report.

Regarding supply chains, though, I think there's some very confusing language in the report. This is from the introduction, page 11.

I think what the report is saying is that, at a minimum, we'll have a supply-chain mess. However, a quick read (and I asked a few people to read it) looks like it's minimizing the supply-chain problem. It's hard to know what it's saying, but I can see where a reporter might not see this as an area of emphasis.
