Good estimates

I like the estimate that PALM is 30% of COMS current valuation. However, the COMS mgmt team may try to convince the world that it is under 20%. I hope they pin that value at .25 shares for each COMS share.

As far as COMS tracking PALM when issued. I think it will lag PALM appreciation considerably. COMS value will discount for the fact that its future is not as bright as PALM.

If COMS tracked PALM more closely then there would be a problem on the day after all the COMS holders get their PALM shares. COMS would plummit by the difference in value of PALM.

The market will price this in and COMS gains will lag PALM gains. COMS and PALM should trend in the same direction during this 6 month period but will start to diverge as the transaction date approches. It is my opinion that both shares would go lower as the transaction date approaches simply due to share supply issues. Remember there are a lot of institutions holding COMS, they may not want to hold PALM.
