It's official, just got BVSN proxy notice in the mail where management states intent to increase # of shs by 10 times:
"Board is considering use of additional shares to declare a stock dividend. The objective of the stock dividend would be to proportionately lower the market price of the stock so as to increase liquidity and broaden marketability of the company's stock."

....smells like a 3 for 1 to me with extra shs for small acquisitions.
