Uncle, I'm with you most of the way, but your link to a "members.aol" site is questionable john, thanks for pointing that out. i found the link and posted it. i suppose i should say we all need to evaluate the info our own way. frankly, there has been so much bogus negative information recorded at various internet sites about rmbs, i think we are all cautious. on the other hand, i freely admit until your post it never occured to me that anyone would post bogus good information about rmbs. :o) unclewest
